2 吋、26萬色、QVGA 的內螢幕是 HB620T 的電視中心，採用的是 DVB-T 數位電視規格，收看電視不需要擔心如 3G 線上收看 TV 的影音串流傳輸費用，內容以數位廣播形式發送，拉開天線就可以直接從螢幕下的數位電視功能鍵快速進入，不過在某些收訊死角處，收視時候必須要「橋」一下角度。

HB620T 共設計了兩段式開蓋，第一段拉開後的角度[u]方便[/u]將手機置於桌上播放電視內容，第二段則供接聽電話時的一般使用。

前文提到 HB620T 的兩段式開蓋提供兩種不同的電視身段，小於 90 度的時候適合放在桌面（或掌心）和大家一起分享頻道內容。

接近 180 度的開蓋除了[u]方便[/u]一般來電通話以外，也適合在行進間一人手持「獨樂樂」。

開啟電視[u]功能[/u]方法有二，可以從功能表選擇「電視」項目，或直接按下螢幕下方最左邊的電視開啟鍵，一樣可以進入廣播電視功能選單。

2 吋的 size 看來其實還是偏小，但既然 HB620T 並非著重超高級影音享受機種，在於提供使用者一個隨身看電視解悶的另類選擇，且 LG 的 Mobile XD 影像處理[u]技術[/u]已就畫面的色澤、播放流暢度進行升級，已可滿足隨身的電視觀影需求。不過實際測試發現，HB620T 在定點收視[u]穩定[/u]，但「帶著走」行進間便出現了畫面斷斷續續的不連貫現象。
